It should be an exciting year`s kick off event. Thousands of sales people from across Germany should be thrilled in four big events. The objective was to inspire the entire workforce in the current year`s strategic and operative targets.
people events faced this task. With a year to prepare, a concept was generated that linked communication of core messages with
identification creating entertaiment elements. The result were highly motivated sales representatives who left the event and turned the experience into action. A considerable increase of productivity could be recorded!

It was bitterly cold on one of the largest glaciers in Iceland. But that’s also why it was all so special: a champagne
reception in bright sunshine, overnight stay in Polar explorer tents, a thrilling tour of the glacier on snowmobiles and culinary delights in the middle of the wilderness. The 70 winners of this incentive trip not only experienced the glacier, but also the country and people.
And all of that accompanied by an interesting programme of events and excellent food with Icelandic specialities.

For almost 4 days the guests enjoyed an exceptional trip on this spectacular cruise ship. Both on land and on board, the programs were specifically designed to accommodate the participants' wishes. A celebrity guest was the star of entertainment. And additional highlights provided for plenty of variety on board. Our long and meticulous preparation period for this project was repaid by the huge excitement of the company management and all the guests. Consequence: To be continued!
CONFERENCE
DELEGATES'
MEETING
For the fifth year running, people events is organising the delegates' meeting for a large company in the banking and insurance sector. Almost 300 guests and their partners will fill the hotel terrace for an informal evening get together. For the accompanying partners there is a smart composed entertainment program to enjoy while their spouses listen to the presentation of facts, facts, facts. To the delight of everyone there is a high-quality barbeque carried out in the
evening. A relaxed summer party is definitely a treat for everyone.
